The service

vewo lets you upload videos and share them via a link. Videos are stored for a limited retention period based on your plan and are then deleted automatically. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process (including transcoding), and serve your videos solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Is illegal, abusive, or violates others' rights or privacy.
• Contains malware, or is used to spam or defraud.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic, including material involving consenting adults.
• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse, violence, or other unlawful material.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may apply rate limits to prevent abuse. Uploads are screened automatically, and content that breaches this section may be removed without notice.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time.

Plans and billing

vewo offers free use and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Bandwidth and fair use

vewo does not cap or charge for playback bandwidth. In return, the service is for hosting and sharing your own videos. We may limit, slow or suspend playback for use that is clearly outside that purpose, such as using vewo as a general file or content delivery network for unrelated material, automated or artificial traffic, or traffic that harms the service for other users. Where we can, we will contact you before acting.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and videos are deleted at the end of their retention period — you should keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vewo is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the service.
