Questions about paying
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in Settings, in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens to my videos if I cancel?
Your account moves to the free plan and your videos stay. If you are storing more than the free plan's 10 GB, the oldest videos over that limit are kept for 30 more days and then removed. Subscribing again before then keeps them.
Is there a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals are not refunded automatically. See the refund policy.
How do I pay?
By card, on a secure checkout run by Polar, our payment provider. Polar handles sales tax for your country, so the receipt is correct where you live.
What happens when the free month ends?
Nothing is charged unless you add a card. Without one, Pro steps down to the free plan and a Business library turns read-only. Nothing is deleted.
